Return Eligibility – Website Orders Only

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased through our official website. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your online order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

Important: Items purchased in physical Alvin’s Island stores are not eligible for return through this online process.

 

Non-Returnable Items (Online Purchases)

The following items purchased through our website are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Swimwear (men's and women's)
  • Beachwear, including our Dry Fit line
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Souvenirs
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Sale items or gift cards

How to Start a Return 

To request a return for a website purchase, please email us at info@alvinsisland.com with:

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation for the return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the item through the online return process (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was placed online and shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • In-store purchases are not eligible for return via our online process and must be handled directly at the store of purchase, in accordance with each store's in-person return policy.
