We offer FREE standard shipping within the United States on orders over $100.

  • Orders under $100: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • International orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–20 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier or customs delays.

International Orders – Customs & Duties

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Alvin’s Island is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
